Daniel V. Biddulph – Associate
Dan was born and raised in Utah and relocated to Montana with his family in 2010 to attend law school at the University of Montana. He has a wife, three kids, two dogs and one cat. Prior to attending law school, he worked in post-secondary education administration and, spent a couple years covering high-school sports as a part-time freelance newspaper writer.
While in law school, Dan interned at Ferguson Law Office, and with the University of Montana Equal Employment and Opportunity Office. After graduating in 2013 he and his family decided to stay in the Missoula area, and Dan entered private practice. While in private practice he also worked as a contract attorney for the Montana Office of the Public defender where he litigated district court and appellate matters. In his free time, He enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, hiking, camping and fishing.
Dan is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts in the State of Montana.
