Nathan A. Fluter, an associate attorney with Bohyer, Erickson, Beaudette and Tranel, P.C. obtained a defense verdict in a personal injury case.
The plaintiff claimed the defendant caused a three car rear-end collision by failing to keep a proper lookout. The defendant admitted liability and defended on causation and damages. After a short deliberation, the jury returned a verdict that the defendant did not cause property damage to the plaintiff’s vehicle. The jury also determined the defendant was not the cause of Plaintiff’s claimed personal injuries.
