Brandon is admitted to practice in Montana state and federal courts. His areas of practice include civil litigation defense, insurance coverage, appellate practice, and constitutional law.
Brandon was born and raised in Lolo, Montana and earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Montana. While in college, Brandon worked at the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s legal department and ran political campaigns. Brandon then attended the University of Montana School of Law. While in law school, he worked at a Missoula litigation firm, was an editor of the Montana Law Review, volunteered as a hearing officer at the Missoula Housing Authority, and did his clinical studies representing students in a wide variety of criminal and civil issues. Before joining BEBT in 2018, Brandon clerked at the Montana Supreme Court for the Honorable Justice Jim Rice.
Brandon enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife. He has many hobbies including golf, backpacking, prospecting, and hunting.
